We had a wonderful show at the OSC Bazaar this past weekend on Ft. Lewis. Thank you to all that stopped by the Fairies & Frogs booth. It was great seeing lots of Fairy & Frog Friends again and meeting lots of new friends too!! Mom and I won a couple of door prizes too ( a purse and a "fondue for two" set), so that just added to the fun!
Fairies & Frogs will have a booth at the Winter Wonderland Holiday Bazaar in Dupont this Saturday, Nov. 14th from 9 to 5. If you are in the area, stop on by and say hi! My assistant Debbie will be at the booth in the morning and after we are done with photo sessions, Mom and I will be at the booth in the afternoon. We look forward to seeing you there!

November is filling up fast for Fairies & Frogs Photography! Normally, we are closed every Sunday, but during the month of November we will be open on 3 Sundays. Our available Sundays are: Novemeber 15th, 22nd and 29th. The session fee for a Sunday Session is $100 plus tax and there is a $200 minimum order requirement for a Sunday Session. As always, we are open by appointment only. Please check our online calendar on our website to see availability. All of our Saturdays in November are filled but we do have a couple of weekdays left and we do have cancellation lists available, please contact me to get on a wait list for a particular day.

It's time to think about Christmas Cards! Can you believe it?! I don't even have my pumpkins on the front porch yet, but yes.......Christmas is right around the corner. We have a fun Add-On option this year for photo sessions. We call it "Wrapped in Lights!" This option can be added to any photo session for an additional $15. These make great Christmas Card pictures! Make sure to let us know if you would like to add this to your session when you reserve your session time.

SO SWEET!! We did this newborn session the other day. This baby was about 5 days old and her parents brought her in to Fairies & Frogs Photography for her very first photo session. My mom and I made these little bitty hats and we just had to try the red one on this very tired darling. When we make or get something new we just can't wait to use it at our next photo session! We have lots more new flower headbands too!

We have been doing a lot of Senior Picture sessions (see our Senior Gallery on our website) and we are having a blast seeing all these grown-up young ladies and gentlemen that have been coming to Fairies & Frogs for the past 12 years. It is so amazing to see how they have changed. It seems like just yesterday they were 6 years old! Time goes by wayyyyyy too fast.

Our October newsletter just went out yesterday. Make sure to sign up if you haven't already to get the inside scoop on special events and news. We have a Special Event coming up. It is scheduled for Oct. 18th....subscribers to our newsletter already got the scoop and have first dibs on reserving their session. I will give them a couple of days to make their reservations and then if there are any available sessions left, the information will be posted on our website. This is going to be a fun event...don't miss it!

We have some new things to mention. Now, you can post the proofs from your session on your Facebook Page! All of your friends and family on Facebook can access your proofs. Of course your proofs will still be password protected and only you can set up the link from your Facebook profile. It is so easy to set up and so fun to share with everyone!
We are having a blast at our Summer Mini-Session events! These events are very popular and sell out fast. Mini-Sessions are listed on our Website under the Specials tab and most have a few open spots left. For future Mini-Sessions, special events and coupons please make sure you have signed up for our email newsletters.
Also, we have a new "set" available for picture sessions. We are not quite sure what we are going to call it just yet, but so far "stone steps" or "castle steps" is what we are calling them. The set is located outside at the Fairies & Frogs studio and is a rustic stone staircase complete with cascading flowers. We are very excited to use this area! My mom and dad and I created and built them ourselves, so the steps are picture perfect! Really!! If you would like a session on the castle steps, just let me know!
